There's nothing good about this organisation anymore. It used to be a very fair company before COVID but now it's the worst of all.

Over stress, poor work life balance, no fair hybrid structure, overflow of work, no training module, egoistic leaders, groupism. The top company for favorites. If you are manager's favourite then this can be the best company for you. Also if you can fan the ego of your manager, then it's all good good for you. But if you are not then, may God have mercy upon you.
