Owner of the company a respected person in the emirate of Sharjah. The coustoms and tradition of the company is excellent. They select only professionals in the organization. The job security is good untill and unless you are unfaithful to the organization. We get full freedom in the execution of the work within the law of the country. TEAM work plays a major role here.

I liked working at Eastern International. Mainly I would say, I had a very good teammates and nice colleagues. You will not be engaged to any training, you have to develop yourself to perform your assigned task. In gulf countries there is no job security. It's all depend on the availability of projects in the company and companies financial position. Career growth- I worked only for 2 years in that company, so I have no comments on that.Salary/Appraisal- I felt that there is no much salary hikes.Travel- It will be much more because it's a construction industry but it will be within UAE. Politics- In each and every company you must have to face it the same here too. I Learned a lot in that company and I improved myself little bit more. In execution site the working environment will be moderate. Innovation- you can, teammates listen to others for good suggestion and solution.
