Overall experience is OK. Career Growth may stop at some point you might be just working in 8 hour shift without motivation. Management(CEO) should take survey or take Part in employee work experience including managerial experience. For learning, ZERO. Appraisal is good totally based on company need only. For Innovation, ZERO aftersometime you will be working as donkey (like, go here, do this, do that, go there, I need this you should do).
