no motivation to work with this company. They offered 5% raise in salary irrespective of performance. No Clarity to work. Very bad ecosystem when it comes to salary benefits. worst hikes ever in my career. Last year they promised for good hike in this year and they offered 5% raise and they even offered the same number to my colleges even performed well. HR told to take whatever the company give and asked to not expect more and requested not to ask for raise & she doesn't even hear the pain....Read More

Company appraisals are very very poor. They gave an increment of 10,000/- per year, which hardly turns out to be less than 1,000/- per month. Even when my performance rating is 5 out of 5. This company is in a trend of continuous hiring which implies that the employees are leaving companies even after good performances due to lack of appraisals. Join any department except Client services. The work culture of this department is very poor and the manager always stay with know it all attitude and is very rude. He has no friends in the office, neither any employee respects him. You will never get appreciated even if you work as hard as possible and raise the bar with your performance. The manager of client services team always treat you according to his perception that he created in his mind only. No what matter what you do if he thinks you are wrong and you are wrong.
