1. Good job security. 2. Average skill development opportunities. 3. Average salary benefits. Not so good, but you can get it if negotiated.

1. Poor work-life balance, they even call you on Sunday to come to office and work, no WFH. 2. Late nights work causing burnout. Usually they ask you to stay for 12 hours or more.
