The company culture is great with a lot of opportunities of career advancement. The working environment is friendly while it continuously challenges you to be the best version of yourself. I am happy with the extra employee benefits that shows how much the company value its employees and cares about them.

Dislikes

This company is not an ideal platform for those who doesn't like challenges and fear to do and learn new things.

Work Details

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
