My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Yes job security is there because they pay so less than you wont find any MT company in India who are paying so less. After working for 8 years with them still they are giving 20K. Company is also taking Employer PF contribution from every employees means they are paying nothing out of their pocket
