Starting days of working at eBiz Technocrats will feel like heaven and then comes the reality and real face of owners. 1. They will talk about over time pay outs but you will never be paid a single penny over your salary (doesn't matter how much extra time you work out there) 2. You will be underpaid and over torchered mentally. 3. No appreciation for hardwork and dedication. Appreciation is only for bootlickers 4. Sudden termination from job without prior notice or genuine reason. 5. Paiso k bhooke darindey. They will eat off your hard earned money. 6. Once you resign from this company , they will mentally torcher you down for your remaining/last salary. Even won't release your salary. 7. Pathetic higher management. Company ke naam pr dukaan khol rakhi hai. They just keep talking and ask you to do even their share of task and at last will take the credit of the task or give the credit to their favorite employee....Read More
