1. No clients for past so many years but you have to achieve the target 2. You’ll be fired if you dont do your target 3. There is a lady who is AVP but she do not have even Naukri sourcing experience. 4. With no prior experience in recruitment , she is sitting calling herself the AVP 5. She thinks she is the owner of durus and rulesand take every decision 6. The HR , admin , Everyone have to listen to what she says only as she acts like the decision maker 7. They are always hiring 8. No employees stay in this company for more than 6months. They leave before the probation ends. Also the notice period is 90days 9. The management people behave like corporate but none of them have corporate experience or knowledge 10. They only know to hire and fire 11. No work-life balance 12.
