PFS Mechanical Engineering is very bad, they are not allowing to follow the office time. If you went as per office time, they will Target and load the work, start questioning- why leaving on time. Also not recommend for promotion and good hike. But they will get more work from us. Politics and all playing. Not able to learn new, designs and all already developed-only to modify and release the drawings. They using Microstation here. If you try to create a new, they will question us and modify the drawing. They compel to come weekend and holidays. If you not come on weekend and holidays his reaction will be different. Also they load the work on weekends and holidays.in COVID period heads and all went to work from home but employees are working at office. Team heads will not take care employees.
