This is totally depends upon the department. We can learn if we are fresher. Saturday and Sunday off

Salary for the work is very limited. Some times need to work on Saturday and Sunday depending upon the department. You can't expect career growth.

Just stick to 2 to 3 years . Then should leave else you will not any get any benefit.
