There is no specific procedure of onboarding any employee on dunzo roll and or third party roll. The decision was taken only by the discretion of the management team. This is not good for long term. There should be a procedure for joining as on-roll and off role employee. There is not even oppertunity to get on-roll in dunzo, even after spending a lot of time.

Sudden layoffs, Manager only helps the bucket employees, for leaves even if we are sick manager wants proof and sometimes will ask for a photo or video of you taking injection also, and salary of July and August is delayed for more than 45 days no proper training and SOP changes like we change clothes daily, work load manager will give you hectic workload to handle and no recognition for hard working people bucket people get recognised here seriously worst organisation to work....Read More

recently the company bought up its internal logic and work pressure was at extreme level, no human understanding and worst SMEs in teams, however the team managers are really good Work culture is pathetic, many resigned beacuse of the pressure and recently company itself laid off employees
