Leadership didn't Learn anything from failures. All decisions are been taken from head office. Salary is credited on regular basis on same date. Delay in salary is informed very late.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
