The company culture is good and extremely professional which is driven by strong policies as per MNC industry standards. Peers are very helpful and nobody treats each other as a competitor. Dislikes

The job role described is a little vague at times and does not align to your current tasks at times which makes one confused that where he/she is going. It needs to be streamlined with a proper roadmap and explained at the time of hiring. Also, standard project processes like Agile-scrum are not followed at times which makes work management poor.

I am working as Services Project Manager with a QA background and currently working in an implementation team for one of the products as a QA.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
