I worked in Duck creek since 1 year and must say the work life balance is so good here. I completely satisfied with the company culture overall. Must recommended duck creek.

Dislikes

For technical people there should be some technical sessions or some training organize time to time so that people can learn some more skills inside organization.

I am work as a associate software engineer here and deals with the different line of business insurance domain data and also resolves defects related to customer policies.

DCT overall makes employee friendly policies. Upper management is very transparent overall DCT works on the principle of respect. People are polite.

Dislikes

As this is product based company some of products have been developed long time ago while working on those projects some times makes felling of missing to work on new technologies like microservices and cloud etc.
