1.No promotion is given and hr does not monitor these activities. 2.No Job security. 3.Even after working 4 years no promotion. I have put blood and sweat .There is no career growth.Worst company. 4.No team outing and not even Diwali gift. 5.Your project manager will take work from you and will not project your work to functional lead. 6.Functional lead will not promote you and they are from north side. 7.The people working almost for decade have been laid off in a call. 8.Promotion are given in a closed environment and work environment is toxic. 9.If you try to cross skill,there is no helping hand.Most of the people will try to keep the knowledge among themselves to secure their job. 10.Company spending on employee activities have come down to nil....Read More
