Job Security is average. Because during lock down also Management supported a lot. No attrition happened in last year until people left for their own reasons,Salary is on time, Especially HR team work hard to bring the salary date in a stimulated period, within 7th -8th it gets disbursed. PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Mediclaim, Leave ,Calender holidays, Bonus everything is here. Work culture needs more attention. But its developed a lot, Management is polite toward every employee. Career Growth- No growth is here. Positions are the same after several years also. Positions are not being uplifted where higher positions are being hired. Training- NO Learning- I learnt few things from my senior, Salary- on time, Appraisal- This is my first appraisal, process ongoing Travel- NA, Politics- Politics is everywhere, no comments.
