# Purpose:-
Looking for a person who can efficiently carry off a range of roles of the Personal Assistance
The role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, discretion, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
# Role & responsibilities:-
1. Administrative Support:
Managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
Organizing meetings and preparing necessary documents.
Handling correspondence (emails, phone calls, mail).
2. Travel Arrangements:
Booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Preparing travel itineraries.
3. Personal Tasks:
Running errands (shopping, coordination etc.)
Managing household tasks (coordinating with domestic staff, overseeing maintenance).
4. Miscellaneous:
Adapting to various tasks as needed.
Staying flexible and ready to assist with unexpected issues or emergencies.
5. Manage and organize the Directors' task list in a proper format
6. Maintain a professional relationship & business networking and related task
# Preferred candidate profile:-
Only Female Candidate is preferred.
Minimum Bachelors Degree.
Excellent written and oral English communication.
High level of confidence.
Good in follow-up and execution.
Self-starter in getting the work done independently.
Quick learner in understanding the work given.
Professional attitude.
