What I like most about working at DTC Projects, is that, the organisation provides a congenial working environment. By this I mean, delegation, empowerment and autonomy are the key drivers which provides such an enabling and facilitating work environment at DTC Projects.

In a word- just everything. From the work culture to administrative coordination and the management's ethical all are just the way I wanted it to be.

Dislikes

There's nothing as such which can be marked under the dislike column, since I get to join the company only after knowing and assessing the company details and practices. But, I wish only if the salary get bit revised to enjoy life in a better way.

I am responsible for the entire recruitment process of this lovely organisation while also assisting my HoD in every way possible in department's day-to-day operation.
