Concrete Technologist (Manager)

Experience : -

• 312 years in Concrete Mix design and Admixture selection, preferably in RMC or CC industry

Preferred Skills : -

• Concrete mix design, testing methods (international/Indian standards), MS Office proficiency

KRA/s : -

Principal Roles:

• Design concrete mixes, select appropriate admixtures, and troubleshoot performance issues in the field.

Concrete Mix Design & Product Selection:

• Conduct concrete mix trials (lab/customer) to achieve an optimal design.
• Select suitable products from the existing range to match mix requirements.
• Customize formulations with central lab support if needed.
• Optimize mix design cost to ensure the best performance-to-cost ratio.
• Assist the sales team with proposals and product approvals

Troubleshooting Roles:

• Identify causes of performance deviations (mix ingredients, weather, plant issues).
• Provide solutions, including possible changes to mix design or batching operations.
• Keep the customer informed of the reasons for performance deviations.

Solution Providing Roles:

• Offer technical advice beyond company products, including pouring methods and ingredient selection.
• Keep customers updated on the latest concrete technology and solutions.

Competition Bursting Roles:

• Monitor competitor products and strategies, keeping management updated.
• Prepare solutions that outperform competitors to maintain a technical lead.
• Analyze competitor products for improvement opportunities.
• Products Handled: Concrete Admixtures, Specialty Construction Chemicals.
