About the R&D team: (What we do)

Development and upgradation of resin-based coatings and adhesives for industrial applications like water proofing, flooring, Corrosion protection, Industrial coatings

Technical Area /

knowledge of Polymers, Binders, Organic materials, adhesives, grouts, coatings, paints.

Good knowledge on resin-based chemistry- Epoxy, PU, Acrylics etc

Exposure / Experience with new product development & Product performance improvement activities.

Formulation development, lab experimentation, scale-up, testing & validation

Primary skills:

Formulation development

Technical documentation

Secondary skills

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Good at computer skills - Report preparation

Troubleshooting / Customer complaint handling

Qualification:

Master of Science (MSc); Master of Engineering (ME); Master of Technology (MTech)

Educational Stream

Chemistry; Paint Technology; Surface Technology; Chemical Engg; Polymer Engg

Role & Experience

Experience Min 2 years; Max 5 years
