Role & responsibilities :

TECHNICAL / MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE
1. Shift Breakdown maintenance, knoweldge of packing mixers, packing machines (20kg,

50kg,) stiching machines
2. Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance
3. Knowledge of bearing, conveyors, sensors, lubricants and mastering overall shift breakdown management
4. Knolwedge of spare management
5. Knowledge of SAP (breakdown management)
6. Preventive Maintenance Planning
7. Critical Spares planning & Management
8. Vendor Coordination for major repair & maintenance
9. Knowledge of PR(Purchase Requisition raising and sbumission)
10. Knowledge of raising price approval justification for major cost spares
11. Involve in future projects (CAPEX / OPEX)
12. Budget Preparation for CAPEX
13. Act as shift reliver in case of manpower shortage of executive level
14. Coach and train contract helpers on fucntional and behavioral maintenance skills
15. Kaizens, cost saving improvement
16. Capacity Enhancement & calculations
17.Manpower handling,planning - Onroll + Offroll.

SAFETY & QUALITY:

1. Tool Box Talk Conducting
2. Work Permit System
3. LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out)
4. Conducting training programs to fitters and electricians
5. Hazard reporting and closure
6. Line walk and abnormality register (GEMBA Sheet) managemnet with followup and presentations
7.PPE (Personal Protective Equipment Compliance)
8. Knowledge and compliance to IMS (Integrated Management Systems - ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 combined standards)
9. Documentation compliance to ISO Audits
10. Calibration certificates, external certificate for safety compliance coordination

BEHAVIORAL + SOFT SKILLS:

1. MS OFFICE - MS EXCEL, MS PPT
2. Monthly Presentation making & presenting to plant manager
3. Knowledge of SAP (maintenance)
4. Coordination and Collaboration skills with peers, subordinates, supeiror and other functions
5.Delegation of work to shift mechanical executives, followup and closure of gaps in maintenane mechanical parts
6. OVERALL PERFORMANCE AND LEAVE MANAGEMENT OF RESPORTING RESOURCES
7. Attending daily meeting - Floor Level, department level and plant level
8. Make monthly presentations and improve gap closures
