Concrete Technologist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Concrete Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in concrete materials and technology, including formulation, testing, and quality control. The Concrete Technologist will play a crucial role in developing innovative concrete mixes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and improving the overall quality of our concrete products.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize concrete mix designs for various applications.

Conduct testing and evaluation of raw materials, concrete mixes, and finished products to ensure quality and performance standards are met.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot concrete-related issues and improve production efficiency.

Develop and implement quality control procedures to monitor concrete production and performance.

Prepare reports and documentation related to concrete testing results, mix designs, and compliance with industry codes and standards.

Stay updated on the latest advancements in concrete technology, materials, and sustainable practices.

Provide technical support and training to staff, clients, and stakeholders on concrete-related topics.

Liaise with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality materials and stay informed about new products and technologies.

Participate in research and development projects to innovate new concrete products and solutions.
