Job Description:

• Budget / Cost Sheet for Project to be Prepared
• Cashflows for Project to be Prepared
• Prepare Invoice to Customers
• Collection from Customer and Reconciliation
• Inventory Management
• Reports: Should be hands on experience on the below reports
• Budget Vs. Actual of Projects
• P & L - Project wise
• Preparing Budgets for Projects
• Hands on Experience in Accounts Receivable
• Invoice Raising
• Accounting of Collection and Followup
• Preparation of Statements for Outstanding with ageing
• MIS and Other Reports - Collection and Turnover etc
• Customer Balance confirmation and Reconciliation periodically
• Experience in preparing reports on Projects:
• Project wise P & L on Monthly
• Comparison for Budgets with Actuals
• Variance Analysis
• knowledge on Inventory Management
• SAP Knowledge in added advantage
