I got a lot to learn there but there is no career or future there.

Dislikes

Salary is low, appraisal is not done on time, management is not good, lot of time issues. Specially for girls they are made to work till 8 in the night, no overtime is given even if they work for more than 12 hours Or no incentive for extra work

All staff and seniors are very good and well behavior . Seniors are very kind and supportive nature, specially HR Mam and LAP TL Mr. Kripa shankar sir. Company policy is also good.
