Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: New Delhi
Job Purpose:
Marketing Manager will develop, implement, and manage targeted marketing strategies to drive business growth through personalized campaigns aimed at high-value accounts. This role focuses on working closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with strategic business goals, with an emphasis on lead generation, nurturing, and conversion. Marketing Manager will leverage data-driven insights to tailor content, messaging, and campaigns to specific accounts, optimizing engagement and ROI.
Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute campaigns: Design and implement end-to-end campaigns, focusing on high-value accounts, to increase brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.
Collaboration with Sales & Customer Success Teams: Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify target accounts, understand their needs, and align marketing efforts with sales goals. Act as the bridge between marketing and sales, ensuring a seamless flow of information and strategy.
Target Account Identification & Segmentation: Leverage CRM, marketing automation platforms, and data analytics to identify, segment, and prioritize high-potential accounts for marketing initiatives.
Campaign Creation & Management: Lead the development and execution of tailored, multi-channel campaigns (email, social, paid media, events, etc.) to nurture and convert target accounts, tracking performance and optimizing for results.
Personalized Content Development: Create compelling and personalized content that resonates with decision-makers at targeted accounts, ensuring messaging is relevant and impactful.
Data-Driven Optimization: Use analytics to monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance, continuously refining strategies to improve conversion rates and engagement.
Account Insights & Reporting: Regularly provide detailed insights into the status of campaigns, tracking KPIs and overall impact on sales pipeline and revenue growth.
Budget Management: Oversee budget allocation, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximize ROI.
Email Marketing: Create and implement a strategic email marketing plan aligned with overall marketing goals.
Continuous Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging best practices to ensure the marketing strategy remains cutting-edge.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B marketing and marketing strategies.
Skills & Expertise:
- Proven experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Marketo, HubSpot, Demandbase, Terminus, etc.)
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems (e.g.Zoho, Salesforce), and data analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, collaborating effectively with sales, customer success, and product teams.
- Deep knowledge of the B2B sales funnel and lead nurturing techniques.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making and optimize campaigns.
