Experience: 7+Yrs.
Roles and Responsibilities (Team Management).
- Lead and manage team performance.
- Ability to drive the Team and manage their day-to-day activities efficiently.
- Conduct periodic reviews of team members (Brand Awareness & Brand Recall).
- Custodian of brand definition, proposition, and identity.
- Custodian of brand guidelines.
- Drive brand positioning activities across channels including consistent messaging disseminated to the right target audience.
- Ensure that employer branding is built and enhanced to attract and retain top talent.
- Leverage thought leadership opportunities through webinars, speaking at industry events, and articles in industry publications.
- Measure, track, and report metrics to measure brand performance including KPIs like impressions of thought leadership content, branded keyword search volume, qualified social following and engagement, organic PR mentions, CXO speaking engagements, awards, and others.
- (Demand Generation) - Anchor the go-to-market plan with complete clarity on the rationale for channel-wise goals, activities, and budgets.
- Execute activities across channels with regular tracking and reporting on the achievement of goals.
- Regularly A/B test the campaigns to identify the best campaign pitches and targeting.
- Strong hands-on experience in digital marketing with the ability to execute across channels including SEO, email, social, digital ads.
- Expertise in content marketing with proven ability to create compelling content across types, including blogs, articles, white papers, case studies, infographics, videos, brochures, social posts, ad copies etc.
- Prior experience in planning and executing PR and publications.
- Identify appropriate events and manage them from planning to execution.
- Measure, track, and report on metrics such as MQL, SQL etc which depict the state of the qualified pipeline.
Other Responsibilities:.
- Research the latest tools and trends in martech to constantly upgrade marketing efforts.
- Work closely with sales, HR, and technology teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Full-time MBA in Marketing from a recognized institution.
- 7+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in IT service-based companies.
- Previous experience in team management and leadership.
