Simple Logic - Lead .Net Developer - MVC/C# (7-10 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead .NET Core Developer to join our dynamic team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in .NET Core development, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. This role requires a hands-on leader who can guide a team, drive technical excellence, and ensure project success.

Responsibilities :

Team Leadership and Mentorship :

- Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

- Allocate tasks, set clear goals, and monitor progress to ensure timely project delivery.

- Conduct regular code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce coding standards and best practices.

- Act as the primary point of contact between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.

.NET Core Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using .NET Core.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to established coding standards.

- Develop and implement RESTful APIs, Web APIs, and microservices in .NET Core.

- Integrate applications with third-party systems and external APIs.

- Utilize .NET Framework, MVC, and WebForms as needed.

Front-End Development :

- Implement user interfaces using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery.

- Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Database Management :

- Design, implement, and optimize databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).

- Utilize ORM tools like Entity Framework Core for efficient data access.

- Write and optimize SQL queries.

Technical Expertise :

- Apply strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, threading, and exception handling troubleshoot and debug complex issues.

- Ensure application scalability, performance, and security.

Required Technical Skills :
