Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. the work culture here leves much to be deired employees are often valued based on convience rather than merit, with rampant office politics and lack of fairness, perticulary during increments, which are highly biased. management disaplyas unprofessionl. behaviour and poor communication skills. Salery part is good.

Dislikes

You won’t get promotion easily. You won’t get respect here if you or not from their cast. They will treat you well as per their needs. Overall culture is very worst. Lot of politics is there they have 70% people form their village and relatives. People or not that open minded. You won’t get work from home .
