There is no positive things in this organization, Join at your own risk management can fire you on immediate basis. Employees are coming on sleepers, office occupied by full of Mosquitoes , HR Team who doesn't even know about the HR Policy are working here.

Dislikes

Integrity from Sr. Management side. HR policies are employer friend not employee friendly. If you have zero skills but you some good skills in licking shoes of Management then you can surive here. No salary on time. Terrible experience

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
