Counseling new patients and their relatives if they have any problem. Providing them with information regarding the disease and the scheme, going to different villages and conducting health camps and informing the patients about the diseases there. And also to give information about the facilities available in the hospital.

Dislikes

I don't like to discriminate between poor patients and rich patients or patients who come from someone's reference.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
