Worst management, worst food. Owner is Mad and short hampered. Mad Owner and management keeps physical fight with employees. Please for god sake do not join this company anybody.

all the systems like online documentation, qualification, SAP are well established by the management. Because of the system everything will move forward smoothly without interruption. All CFTs support is good. TPM concept is also introduced which is a great opportunity to learn.

No work life balance. You have look after of two divisions simultaneously that too without informing during joining period. Salary is less. Too much pressure. Line managers do policing with subordinates. Whether you are a top performer, you won’t get appreciated by your seniors.
