Work culture is good only at IPDO, biologics and not other units

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

The HR is one of the worst here. They don't know where to place a candidate based on qualification. Work culture is not at all good at manufacturing sites. No growth in career and they don't give opportunity to work in the field that you are interested in.

The job role was challenging as it was not for a fresher. But I grasped the basics soon and could perform well.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
