This company is having very high standard policies with respect to employees welfare and knowledge enhancement. The world is system driven and having good transparency in compliance.

Dislikes

The high standard policies are limited to documents. Employee don't have a good work-life balance. Manager level person should available 24/7 for consultation. Employee has to ask HR for every benifit or policy, HRD is not system driven.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
