Company is good but people are not good like managers , first line and second line they treat MR as servant when target is un-achievable then these peoples ask for adjustment from salary because of Dr reddys i ruin my life still searching for job as my age is 33 no one is ready to give job due to age factor

Adjustment culture is hurting employees, i joined dr reddys because i thought that i will work for life time till retirement but this company make my life hell due to adjustment we complained also regarding this but no action is taken against these peoples they are still working in the company but due to mental pressure we left still i find struggle to find job due to age factor not able to get job as mr not at all good company...Read More
