The culture was absolutely good for middle level management and this is a learning institute for the learners and hence called "CEO Factory"and they are one step ahead compare to other pharma industries w.r.t culture,career development,adaptability to new systems.

I liked the work culture and environment. The facilities provided for the women employee is appreciable.

Dislikes

Provide feasibility for work from home jobs whose role can suitable for this option. Due to taking care of children and family I had left my job. If that facility provides, I would not left the job. I really like and love to do a job but unfortunately I left my job. So, I hope for this option.

all the systems like online documentation, qualification, SAP are well established by the management. Because of the system everything will move forward smoothly without interruption. All CFTs support is good. TPM concept is also introduced which is a great opportunity to learn.

No work life balance. You have look after of two divisions simultaneously that too without informing during joining period. Salary is less. Too much pressure. Line managers do policing with subordinates. Whether you are a top performer, you won’t get appreciated by your seniors. You will be treated like a piece of **** HR is just a name because you won’t know who’s your HR or to whom you reach in your difficult time.
