In recent years, the pharma industry has started appreciating the value of a management student. So I feel it's a good time to join to get good quality works as well as to expect good promotions too. The same applies to Dr Reddy's lab. In addition, the company has amazing work culture where colleagues are extremely humble and have respect for each other. Switch to HCL or Stay in CTS?

I'm presently working with Cognizant at a package of 5.08 LPA remotely with almost 4 yrs of experience in Service Desk.Recently I've received an offer from HCL as a Senior Analyst at a package of 7.2 LPA in Service desk domain but it would be 5 days work from office . I feel that the package is a bit low in HCL as I would be working from the office all days of the week.And also I might be due for promotion in Cognizant in March 2025 which might raise my package to 7 LPA There's also a 12 month service-bond agreement with HCL Kindly advice on what I'm supposed to do Thank You
