Unnecessary assign Over time with less work. It means we can do some X work can do in 8 hours but we have to do that work 12 hours with extended duty hours as overtime with bad management and bad planning.

-Lack of clarity and direction -Job losses / lay off / redundancies -Lack of respect for workers -“Yes man” culture - noone says no to seniors and blindly do what they are told even if it’s morally wrong -lack of systems and processes, everything is still on excels and makes it difficult for process excellence - meetings are set on Saturday and Sunday , no work life balance

all the systems like online documentation, qualification, SAP are well established by the management. Because of the system everything will move forward smoothly without interruption. All CFTs support is good. TPM concept is also introduced which is a great opportunity to learn.
