People with 8 Years of experience are becoming Directors/VP/Principal Product Managers because they do buttering People with 18 Years of experience are still working as Product Leads HR does not play any role in DPEX, it is becoming slowly as Manager Driven Organization , where HR does not care of setting few basic guardrails 1. Forexample - xx years of experience require for a particular role/designation 2. XX yrs of experience is required in Organization etc. You will easily find here less years of experience and less knowledgeable people working above you, because they have some connects or do buttering. all the systems like online documentation, qualification, SAP are well established by the management. Because of the system everything will move forward smoothly without interruption. All CFTs support is good. TPM concept is also introduced which is a great opportunity to learn.

No work life balance. You have look after of two divisions simultaneously that too without informing during joining period. Salary is less. Too much pressure. Line managers do policing with subordinates. Whether you are a top performer, you won’t get appreciated by your seniors.
