politics between colleges is dangerous work load is very heavy no life balance have to run always no on time salary u get salary for every 2 months u can't get loan coz of delayed salary

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
