As this is a public sector University, there is too much freedom here. The job security is pretty high.

The work culture is poor. You don't have to facevchallenges, hence no work satisfaction.

Good cultural and should development apps for university degree and marksheet on the apps. All student can download their degree from in it.

I always ask if all assessment should able on website and apps should be development where student can download degree and marksheet for the verification. Purpose also good in all things.

The learning environment . Interaction with students from different spheres of life plus the academic , administrative atmosphere is very knowledgeable.Being a teacher myself loved to be a part of the teaching faculty .In all the experience was highly appreciative .

Dislikes

Sometimes lack of team work & noncooperative subordinates made things difficult . Solutions to various problems were prolonged unnecessarily.
