1. Management is incapable of having authority or make decisions 2. There is no standard maintained thus far in terms of teaching processes, orientation, career growth 3. Colleagues are afraid to raise their voices against discrimination 4. Lack of brain within the organzation, management is influenced by external affairs. 5. Huge desparity between publicitzed data and and ground level fact. 7. No replacement hired for the language subjects 8. Reputation building is priority for management, which costs negetive employee welfare 9. Teachers are being treated like daily wage workers 10. Most importantly, pupil here having bad influences due to double standards and discrimination 11. UNDERPAID STUFF 12. Toxic work culture due to survival issues 13. It is a very good school with wonder environment, gives a feeling of Shantiniketan, The owner or Founder is a gentle and generous person. All types of festivals are celebrated here, colleagues are very cooperative!! Students are always eager to learn.

Dislikes

Less appraisal, less career growth.
