1) Approval timing from boss is too much, some time it take weeks and month to take small approval. 2) HR is as bad as evil. he is the one who maid office environment toxic. 3) they pay travel only if you stay in office till 10pm. if you leave office before 10pm (event 10 min before 10pm) you will not get travel expense. 4) favoritism 5) even if you gave best performance they will kick you. 6) dont expect salary hike and diwali bonus. salary hike, diwali bonus, skill growth all are myth in this company....Read More

1) Company have unwritten policy that, fire new employees within 5 to 6 month of his/her join. 2) HR is the main villain. 3) approval time is too much from boss. some times it take 1 month for small thing to approved.

Management has an awful mindset of "I expect you to be on call at any time" They will rebuke you for calling them to report (at their instructions) and keep you waiting for hours for a simple yes/no to assignments that time bound. And then have no qualms about reducing Salaries based on "pandemic" issues

You gets the opportunity to be in touch of and become a part of world class events held at NSCI's Dome. It is a good platform for learning about Event Industry. You will fill close to Bollywood and VIP Class of Mumbai as many VIP weddings are also happening at Dome.

Top Management needs to change working style with change in the current business environment. They are still work in very old fashion way, not dynamic.
