Timing is strict from 9 AM to 5 PM and sometime even more than that Little to no holidays Cut salary if not present I will never reccomend this company

Nothing this place has always given employees trauma. In front of the owner the whole management including CRM, TDM and HR, they pretend like there is low work flow but every writer is assigned with 3500 words jobs. Even those jobs are not in the main allocation list. This company only know about salary deduction of writers. They don't have any work ethics.

No likes every thing is disliked. If you want to learn core skills software based then only you should join there. Otherwise don't join you will regret.

Total internal politics within company. You will get only promotion if you do chamchagiri your seniors or top management people's. No increment in salary. Salary is very late, it is third to fourth week of every month. If you want to resign from this company then also you will not get payment of notice period.
