Salary is good. But highly unstable performance of the company, inefficient top-level managers. No job security , any day could be your last day as if we talk any logic against managers logic. Discrimination is high when it comes to salary and job title. Asians get lower job title and lower salary where compared to Arabs or European managers get highest paid with 0 knowledge or experience.

Low Job Security. Highly unstable management decisions, keeps changing every now and then affecting our overall work plan ans KPIs. Discrimination on Salary and Job title with Asians , Arabs and Europeans

Handled brand planning and had to quit the firm as our capabilities would be dragged down by inefficient managers asking to work with their logic.
