As i have visited once there and when i ask him about their happy clients so they are unable to do so when I got home I checked some of their google reviews , I have never seen a successful applicant yet . The reviews are all about their consultants' presentations. Thank God I didn’t sign up. Fake people fake staff fake promises.

Fake staff! Fake agreements! Me and my friend went in this consultancy to inquire for Poland work permit, they said it’s guaranteed And sounds easy, asking amount is really high.so we asked some proof if they sent already people but they can’t show work permit issued under their company name. not recommended at all.

a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
