Worst thing is the biasness in terms of salary for same kind of skill & work. Most of seniors get even less pay than juniors working under them. No work life balance, arrogant product heads. Work is the first priority here for that you have to work on weekends or off hours if needed. MICRO MANAGING.

1. Company only likes to hire AVPs but all burden comes on talents working at ground level. 2. Company doesn't give a shit unless you are an AVP or in Top level Management. 3. Flexible work timings doesn't exist. You might be expected to work for 12+ hours a day. 4. Very low compensation as compared to similar roles in other companies. 5. Walmart and Asset Track are the only source of revenue. 6. There are much underrated senior who have proved themselves a number of times but still not getting what they deserve. 7. No Work life balance. If you have 15 plus hours a day then we can join this company. Frequently changing policlies and process which add burdens to only developers and leads. Politics played based on role and designation.

Work environment is good. As a startup provides lots of facilities to employees which includes group medical insurance, compensation for weekend working, shift allowances. Management is improving day by day.
