Poor job security. Appraisal are delayed around 7 months even still people waiting. No new features they are building right now only running complete product in maintenance mode. Merging team, moving people to support team from technology.

Worst thing is the biasness in terms of salary for same kind of skill & work. Most of seniors get even less pay than juniors working under them. No work life balance, arrogant product heads. Work is the first priority here for that you have to work on weekends or off hours if needed. MICRO MANAGING.

1. Company only likes to hire AVPs but all burden comes on talents working at ground level. 2. Company doesn't give a shit unless you are an AVP or in Top level Management. 3. Flexible work timings doesn't exist. You might be expected to work for 12+ hours a day. 4. Very low compensation as compared to similar roles in other companies. 5. Walmart and Asset Track are the only source of revenue. 6. There are much underrated senior who have proved themselves a number of times but still not getting what they deserve. 7. Company likes to hire people with low productivity and who are not willing to learn/grow. 8.
