You are expected to do 6 hours of office, there is no restriction as such for office timing. And there is 3 days work from office policy as well. Team ( it depends, doesn't apply to everyone).

Dislikes

Apart from the team I was working for there is nothing to like about. They witheld appraisals and promotions. Furthermore there were layoffs on the whim.

It gave me a good start in my career. Salary and benefits were good before but from 2022 they are in huge loss. They have done 2 rounds of layoffs 1st in December and 2nd in May 2023. They are only giving 5% appraisals to there current employees after 1.5 years. It's better to think twice before joining this loss making company.

There new management always make fake promises to retain there current employees.

You get to work on great extensive products used by big clients. Flexibility to switch between teams & tech.

Dislikes

Worst thing is the biasness in terms of salary for same kind of skill & work. Most of seniors get even less pay than juniors working under them. No work life balance, arrogant product heads. Work is the first priority here for that you have to work on weekends or off hours if needed. MICRO MANAGING.

1. Management were not good. 2. Project were handed over to developer team without finalising requirement and documentation, which use to force developer to rework on the same thing again and again. 3. Layoff on the whims. 4. Favouritism and multiple source of power.

Business Outlook is good. They have good plans to grow and accelerate. Good pay master

1. Management is pathetic, back-stabbing and unreliable 2. Management and leadership team is not synced w.r.t the goals of the org or the path to achieve them. Everyone is doing their own thing which is leading to chaos and disappointing company culture 3. Huge disparity in pay packages within same team leading to favoritism and unnecessary politics 4. The Ceo and Co-founders don't look eye-to-eye with each other which is the root cause of all troubles of the company 5. Groupism and conspiracies spawning across the org leading to a civil war kind of scenario within the org. 6. No parity or clear process of any kind, and if anyone wants to amend it, there is least support from management, leading to frustration and anxiety 7. CEO from Canada now is manager. Much better. The other guys that made it bad are now gone. CEO Louden is good man, looks after his people and cares. Product is now being developed better

There is an air about the leadership. What they believe is far from reality and they do not wish to budge. They talk good but actions do not meet words. Senior management lacks integrity and leadership is fighting , keep dumping decisions amongst each making a fool of the people working under them. No appraisals , no honesty , no transparency. Company is moving towards its downfall.
