Working days were 5 days in a week. Salary payment was mostly done on time. Management was empathetic.

Dislikes

Being a proprietorship firm, their company policies are amended as per the director's wish. An employee's job description can be changed as per their wish. They are a start-up firm so don't have regularity of business, hence making the credit stability of the firm uncertain. There can b e funding issues as well. Very laid back attitude of operations. No facilities for employees. Not even a canteen to eat food neither good washroom facilities. For me personally there was no learning at all....Read More
